      Hey everyone,
<p style=”text-align: left;”>I’m wondering how to measure the progress you make while using the two finger stretching method? I’ve been stretching for a few weeks now and I’m beginning at a type 3 case.</p>

If you have the rings too, sometimes it helps to track progress. i.e A ring you may not have been able to fit it, fits in without issue.

With two finger stretching, I will try and see if I can fit another finger in – starting from little finger and up to thumb and gauge how possible or easy they fit. If I can’t fit any, then I guage and try to remember the spacings.

That is easily measured by the degree of retraction achievable with an erection.
